Yes, dogs under 25 lbs and cats are allowed.

There is a $38 background/credit screening fee.

 

My credit is not the best, can I still qualify?

 

No credit is alright, bad credit is more difficult to work with.

 

Do you accept Section 8?

 

We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers.

 

Is there assigned parking?

 

There is one spot assigned per unit.

 

Is there any available storage on site?

 

Storeage is not available at Burlington Square.

 

Are there washer/dryer hookups?

 

There are no hookups available in the units, but there are machines available on every floor.

 

Is there an age limit for this property?

 

Burlington Square is a 55+ community.

Can I rent on a month to month basis?

 

There is a minimum of a 6 month lease with the option to rent month to month after the initial 6 months.
