No, however service and companion animals are always welcome with the appropriate documentation.

 

Is there a screening/application fee?

 

There is a $38 background/credit screening fee per adult.

 

My credit is not the best, can I still qualify?

 

No credit is alright, but bad credit is more difficult to work with and the decision is up to our management.

 

Do you accept Section 8?

 

We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers.

 

Is there assigned parking?

 

There is no assigned parking at Castlebar Apartments, but garages are available for rent on site.

 

Is there any available storage on site?

 

Storeage is not available at Castlebar Apartments.

 

Are there washer/dryer hookups?

 

There are washer and dryer hookups provided in every apartment with the option to rent the washer and dryer with the unit.

 

Is there an age limit for this property?

 

There is no age limit for Castlebar Apartments.

Can I rent on a month to month basis?

 

No, Castlebar Apartments have a one year lease, unless there are health complications involved, in which case a 30 day notice is required.
