Pets are not allowed, however we always welcome service and companion animals.

 

Is there a screening/application fee?

 

There is a $38 background/credit screening fee per adult.

 

My credit is not the best, can I still qualify?

 

We review tenants with not so good credit and make the decisions based on whether there is bad credit against another management company.  Any decision reached is approved by management.

 

Do you accept Section 8?

 

We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers.

 

Is there assigned parking?

 

There is no assigned parking at Evergreen Court Apartments.

 

Is there any available storage on site?

 

There is no available storage at Evergreen Court Apartments.

 

Are there washer/dryer hookups?

 

There are hookups available in some of the units, as well as an on-site laundry room for those without hookukps.

 

Is there an age limit for this property?

 

There is no age limit at Evergreen Court Apartments.

Can I rent on a month to month basis?

 

Upon signing, the lease extends one full year.
