Central Court Village is a 3-level housing complex that gives Seniors living options that are truly affordable, comfortable and convenient! Each apartment has its own heat and air conditioning controls. There is an on site beauty salon and two elevators that service all three floors.  The property is almost 14 years old but well maintained and fresh.

 

Central Court Village is located near bussing routes and has easy access to all shopping. The MET city bus stop, just 600 ft. from our front door, and the Rimrock Mall are within a quarter mile. Laundry facilities are located on all 3 floors. Garages are also available for rent on site.

 

Central Court Village sends out a new calendar and newsletter every month announcing the upcoming potlucks and the monthly birthday party. In addition to that, there are several special parties throughout the year such as the Pancake Breakfast or the Ice Cream Social, holiday parties, etc. The site team takes great care of this property. Central Court Village always has something great going on.
