Are pets allowed?

 

No, however service and companion animals are always welcomed with the appropriate documentation.

 

Is there a screening/application fee?

 

There is a $38 background/credit screening fee per adult.

 

My credit is not the best, can I still qualify?

 

No credit is alright, but bad credit is more difficult to work with and the decision is up to our management.

 

Do you accept Section 8?

 

We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers.

 

Is there assigned parking?

 

There is no assigned parking at Central Court.

 

Is there any available storage on site?

 

Storeage is not available at Central Court Village, but we do have garages available for rent.

 

Are there washer/dryer hookups?

 

There are no hookups available in the units, but there are coin operated machines available on every floor.

 

Is there an age limit for this property?

 

Central Court Village is a 55+ community.

Can I rent on a month to month basis?

 

No, Central Court has a one year lease unless there are health complications, in which case a 30 day notice is required.
