Depot Place is a new property designed with luxury, safety, and community in mind for today's seasoned citizens, at an affordable price.  Our residents find shopping, dining, and entertainment just a few blocks away in Kalispell's beautiful downtown.

 

Amenities include a large community room, a community kitchen, a workout room, a pool table and an outdoor patio. The first floor Community Room is where there are many get togethers, potlucks, birthday parties, etc. Residents often visit and play games, cards or watch television. The 2nd floor has the exercise room for those who like to work out. The 3rd floor has a pool table for anyone who want to play pool and there is a small collection of books to read in there as well.

 

Unit amenities include a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and air conditioning. Each unit is equipped with not only the essential appliances, but tenants also enjoy the convenience of an elevator, a laundry room on each floor, and secure interior access to units.
