Pets are allowed with a $250 deposit per pet.

 

Is there a screening/application fee?

 

There is a $38 background/credit screening fee per adult.

 

My credit is not the best, can I still qualify?

 

At our senior housing we allow tenants with not so good credit unless there is bad credit against another management company.  It must be approved by management

 

Do you accept Section 8?

 

We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers.

 

Is there assigned parking?

 

There is no assigned parking at Depot Place Apartments.

 

Is there any available storage on site?

 

There is no available storage at Depot Place Apartments.

 

Are there washer/dryer hookups?

 

There are no hookups available in the units, but there are laundry facilities available on site.

 

Is there an age limit for this property?

 

Depot Place Apartments are 55+ communities.

Can I rent on a month to month basis?

 

Upon signing, the lease extends one full year and then is allowed to roll into to a month to month basis,
