Dickinson Place Townhomes are nice, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, low income units.  Each unit comes with an attached garage.  There is an on-site playground and plenty of open green space.  The grounds are taken care of by management and have an underground sprinkler system. The site team has done well at making this a wonderful place to live.

 

Diskinson Place Townhomes pays for tenant utilities, including water, sewer, and garbage. Amenities for all units include appliances such as dishwashers, microwave, a stove, air conditioning, washers, and dryers.  

 

Dickinson Place Townhomes are within one to two miles of the shopping mall, grocery stores, gas stations, etc.  Dickinson Place is also only a couple blocks away from Dickinson's newest elementary school, Prairie Rose and just a few miles from downtown, the Community Center and several parks.
