Pets are not allowed at Dickinson Place apartments, however we welcome service and companion animals.

 

Is there a screening/application fee?

 

There is a $38 background/credit screening fee per adult.

 

My credit is not the best, can I still qualify?

 

Our main focus is not on student loans or medical bills against you, but rather looking for utility or landlord collections/judgements.

 

Do you accept Section 8?

 

We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers.

 

Is there assigned parking?

 

There is no assigned parking at Dickinson Place Townhomes, but each unit comes with a single car garage and driveway. There is street parking in some areas.

 

Is there any available storage on site?

 

There is no available storage at Dickinson Place.

 

Are there washer/dryer hookups?

 

Each unit comes with a washer and dryer provided.

 

Is there an age limit for this property?

 

There is no age limit at this property.

Can I rent on a month to month basis?

 

Upon signing, initial leases extend one full year and then are allowed to roll into to a month to month.
